Epic 2 ZDaemon Patch V18

Epic 2 is designed for Single Player. This patch makes a better multiplayer
behaviour.


Changes:

map04:
- Trap behind yellow door could be opened from outside now.

map06:
- The switch to open yellow key area is repeatable now.

map11:
- Start room doesn't close when player 1 leaves the tunnel.  
- Door in the north can be opened from outside now (it's repeatable now).

map12:
- If a player dies in the lock area first door and bars open, so other players 
  can pass. If a player passes the lock area first door opens.

map14: 
- Falling down kills only the player who fell down instead of all. 
  Voodoo Dolls function removed and replaced with ZDoom (Doom in Hexen format)
  function.
- Yellow bars open when a player dies in this area. 
  So others can get yellow key.
- The switch on the south and north side in the compass rose area damage only
  the player who activated it instead of a kill with a voodoo doll.   

map15:
- The red fence kills only the player who touches it instead of all.
  Voodoo Dolls function removed and replaced with a script. 

map16:
- Exit area opens when a player dies. So others can exit the map.

map17:
- Yellow bars open when a player dies in the room with the key. 
  So others can get yellow key.

map18:
- Players who fall down at the start get killed without a Voodoo Dolls function.

map19:
- The red fence kills only the player who touches it instead of all.
  Voodoo Dolls function removed and replaced with a script. 

map20:
- The switch that closes the door from the Cyberdemons is changed.
  It will close the door, damage the player that activates it and opens.

map21:
- Only the player who walks too far into the water get killed. Voodoo Dolls
  function removed.

map22:
- The room in the west opens if it is blocked and a player dies there.

map25:
- Red key room opens when a player dies there. So others can get the key.
- Yellow key area opens when a player dies there. So others can get the key.

map28:
- Exit room with Cyberdemon opens when a player dies. So others can exit the 
  map.

map29:
- The room with red key opens when a player dies. So others can get red key.
- The brown room with the double eagle opens when a player dies there.
- The red room with the Cyberdemons opens when a player dies there.
- Pressing "use" at the walls of the lift in the start room teleports players
  upstairs.
