Author's Notes :

PLOT : A city block has been taken over by a criminal gang. Your
mission is (you guessed it) to wipe out all the bad guys and get out
alive. The mission starts when you are teleported into the area...

HINTS: There are a few keyed areas (blue, yellow, and then red), but
the rest is open access, so feel free to explore all this first.
NB: There are a few vital secret doors, but you should be able to work
out where they are (i.e. if you can see some goodies but can't seem to
reach them, there must be a secret door!).

This level basically fulfils my ambition to create a large city-
scape for DOOM. I first tried this when making the first level of
my TRILOGY WAD, but at the time I was using normal DEU to do the
developing so the level was restricted by memory requirements.
I received a fair number of encouraging e-mails from people who
had enjoyed TRILOGY, and when I finally discovered WinDEU I found
that I could at last create a large city type level.
Having done this, I recently discovered another restriction, in the
form of the save game buffer size. Unfortunately, this meant that I
had to cut out 25% of the Things from my newly finished level. Of
course, I left in all the monsters and took away lots of minor goodies
instead, so if the level looks a bit sparse in places that's the reason.

The level works fine with a single player, but I intentionally made it
large enough for multi-player games. In both co-op and deathmatch modes
the level should work pretty well (I've tried it with two players, and
I reckon it's big enough for four).

If you enjoy playing this level or you have any interesting
comments to make, feel free to send me an e-mail.
