V1.1This is an updated version of my original map Steeple.wad released a while ago. Texturing as well as ammo and monster replacment has largely been completely redone (before thier wasn't enough ammo to complete the level, opps). All Visual Glitches and bugs found have also been fixed (i.e Floors raising to the cieling in Legacy when they wern't suppose to). The level has also been made Brighter all round and the frame rate somewhat improved. And alot of miscellaneous fixes have been made across the level. I've actually had this updated version residing on my Hard Disk for about 3 months now. I just forgot to upload it. Opps. V1.11 Only 2 major changes in this version 1.Added skill levels. Some people didn't like the ammount of monsters in the map The monster count currently stands at this Skill 1+2: 150 Skill 3: 194 Skill 4+5: 231 The ammo has also been tweaked so that there is slightly less on the lower skills 2.Hid a few of the traps and such throughout the level a bit better, most nocticibly I forgot to hide them on the Automap Also done a bit of tidying up around the level ================================================================ Credits * ICE - the creator of the textures and sprites used * All the people who helped me with bug fixes and playtested the level ================================================================ * Play Information * Episode and Level # : E1M1 Single Player : Yes Cooperative 2-4 Player : Yes Deathmatch 2-4 Player : No (Though Starts Are There, to avoid Crashes in Earlier Versions Of Legacy) Difficulty Settings : Yes New Sounds : No New Music : Yes (Not really though, I've just moved the E2M7 music to E1M1) New Graphics : Yes see credits (above). If running the wad under Jheretic with 3d models, you will need to temporarily move the scenery models in the doomsday folder (Decor folder located in the MD2 folder) otherwise the new sprites won't be visable. (that is assuming you want to see them) Demos Replaced : None * Construction * Base : None Build Time : Ages Editor(s) used : Windeu 5.24 Nodebuilders : Windeu 5.24's Internal one Known Bugs : In Jheretic D'sparil won't teleport as he is suppose to if he shots at the player while standing in the sector linked to the teleporter lindef he is suppose to cross. This seems to be a bug in Jheretic so nothing can be done about it.
