NOTES:

I was originally going to title this "Frag Mountain" but the SP_ROCK1 texture was giving the
gray guy a bit of an unfair advantage.  It is a bit amateurish by today's standards, but
should rock on any platform, including vanilla DOOM II.  In case of complaints of the exit
being too easily accessible, ZDOOMers can turn the option to allow players to exit off.

This level is really more suitable for part of a DM megawad than a stand-alone due to its
small size.  Please email me if you plan on using the level in your megawad.

For the ZDOOMers, don't fret on account of there not being any of ZDOOM's features in the
wad.  I plan on releasing a ZDOOM version of the level, with the rocket launcher in the
central room replaced by the king of kick-ass -- the railgun!  For those new to ZDOOM, the
weapon was designed to show off ZDOOM's particle feature.  It is as powerful as the rocket
launcher (minus blast area), and can take out a player with one blast.  In fact, I tested
the damn thing on a line of Imps, and the blast went through the whole line, threading each
and every one of those Imps through the midsection.  Did I mention the thing's deadly-
accurate, too?  Of course, every good weapon has its downside, and the downside of this
particular weapon is that it doesn't autoaim like the others do, meaning you have to have
the MLOOK function on in order to erase opponents above or below you effectively.  If you
are an experienced Quaker who knows how to use MLOOK with deadly precision, you have it
made.  As for the rest, anyone you catch on your level with said blast is dead meat.

All right, enough of my ranting.  Let's get to fraggin'!

LEVEL INFO:

SINGLE PLAYER:YES (for testing with the Doombot and getting a feel for the level)
COOPERATIVE 2-4 PLAYER: NO (Not only is it pointless in this level, the starts are not included,
so don't even try it -- it'll puke!)
DEATHMATCH 2-4 PLAYER:YES!  (This is the entire focus of the level!)
DIFFICULTY SETTINGS:Not implemented.  NIGHTMARE is the way to go for a good DM.
NEW GRAPHICS:NO
NEW SOUNDS:NO
NEW MUSIC:YES (That Time of the Month, courtesy of Kniggit.  Check out his stuff
at www.doomworld.com/kniggit.   If you have Legacy, you can play your
favorite CD with the level.  I recommend Metallica's "Master of
Puppets," title track.)
DEMOS REPLACED:NONE

CONSTRUCTION INFO:

BUILD TIME:  A few hours for the initial design, several weeks getting the textures right,
and a week or so of getting my ass stomped by the Doombot while testing the level!

EDITORS USED:  DCK for initial design, WadAuthor for textures, WinTex 3.4 for putting the
music in, NWT 1.03 for more tweaking, and Doombot 2.24 for testing.

KNOWN BUGS:  If any bugs were there, they have since been blasted into nonexistance.
Yep, I hate 'em like any good WAD author does.

You may use my level as a base to build additional levels, but if you plan on using the
music, you need to email me for permission.

As far as distribution is concerned, GO NUTS!   Just don't sell the damn thing for money,
as nobody likes getting ripped off!
