This patch fixes the following coop problems found in garrulo.wad by Eye del Cul (http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/index.php?id=12395). It needs to be loaded AFTER garrulo.wad.

map06: yellow door (sector 217) closes after you pass it, other players can't reopen it
map07: a door (sector 167) closes after you pass it, other players can't reopen it
map20: the first door (sector 29) closes after someone picks up the shotgun, other players can't reopen it
map26: teleports to the yellow key (linedefs 776 and 785) work only once, should be repeatable
map28: invluln secret (sector 290) can be activated only once
map30: needs more rad suits in coop
map31: yellow door (sector 83) closes after you pass it, other players can't reopen it
map32: teleporters at the start work only once, should be repeatable

NEW in version 2:
map08: other players can trap you in sectors 85 and 86
map17: one set of bars (sector 56) can be opened only three times
