This tiny mod takes advantage of the new PATCHINF feature in Zdaemon
(as of 1.09 beta27) which achieves something that I had tried to do
in the past with DEHACKED and had also suggested a DMFLAG for -
Reverse CTF.


Swaps red & blue teamstarts (and also red/blue particle fountains).
This means that "Reverse CTF" can now be played on any mappack.  Players 
then spawn in the ENEMY base.  There are no other changes to gameplay.

Originally I made a patch which swapped the flags around, but this was not
as intuitive to play with.

This patch will work with ANY CTF WAD, regardless of whether it uses
the old keycard standard, or the newer flag things.
