WADs in idGames, TNT.WAD
The installation program was written by Olivier Montanuy (author of DeuTex and DeuSF... two very fine Doom utilities) and has been modified to work with Doom 2 by Jason Mezzacca. You'll need about about 2.5 megs of extra disk space to install. The installation will *not* change your doom2.wad nor will it change doom2.exe so there will be no need to uninstall it to play Doom normally again. The levels used for the normal A-TC game are map11 through map18, and map31 as the secret level. Map01 and map02 were used for the two bonus levels. If there are any problems with the installation, you can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please, do not bother Justin or Olivier about it... if there's a problem, it's most likely my fault.
The Allied suspect that the Nazis are developing a nightmarish army of creatures that once were humans but have now been biologically twisted into inhuman abominities. There have been rumors of mindless cyborg soldiers equipped with flame-throwers and worse things... You, Captain Blackheart, were sent to explore the hidden laboratory of the mad Doctor Mangler, but his inhuman servitors took you by surprise. You have been captured and taken to the infamous Castle H??llenstein where torture awaits you - - - maybe you will even become one of Mangler's inhuman troopers yourself. Unless you escape. You defeated the nazi trooper that had come to bring you some water with your bare fists, and you have got his handgun, but now are locked up in the prison cell again... and there is no way out except the locked door... no secret doors or anything. What next? If you fail to escape and continue your mission, Dr. Mangler's fiendish troops will surely kick some Allied ass for good!
Coming back from Middle Ages, and having killed everything in previous episode, The Monastery, you feel happy and proud of having helped your friends. Unfortunately, Hell Order did'nt appreciate your valour, and decided to intensify his efforts to heradicate all kind of rebellion. Seeing this, General Mac Porter orders you to go back to Middle Ages, a few years later than your previous raid. As possible as you can, use tricks instead of frontal assaults, because this mission is harder than the previous you completed so well. Rebellion does'nt want to loose one of its best members. Some secret areas may help you, if you find them.
This is a monster I made for TheDarkArchon's 20th anniversary. I decided to touch up on the decoorate code and release it to the public since I care about the loyal public. I'm starting to feel that my fruits of labor are in doubt by the Domm community. Nevertheless, I will not stop making and releasing awesome monster wads until they run out on my harddrive. Don't worry; that means it'll last four years :D Needless to say, TheDarkArchon absolutely loves this custom monster, so I'm sure you'll too.
