Cheesy Doom story: Investigate an old abandoned coal mine infested with demonic rednecks and the demons who posses them! Kill anything that moves, find all three keys to escape their wrath. (not tested) Difficulty Settings : Yes Ultra violence and Hurt me plenty. New Sounds : Yes, a few redneck sounds. Known Bugs : You tell me. ================================================================ * Gameplay Hints * Ammo is scarce in the beginning. It's time to hone your chainsaw skills to stay alive. Anything less than a cacodemon should be sawed or you'll run out of ammo for the tough guys. Make it to the first (yellow) door and ammo will become more abundant. (as will the monsters!) As always...save often. ================================================================ * Installing this wad * To play this PWAD file, unzip it into the directory where you put DOOM 2 then start DOOM 2 command line like this: DOOM2 -FILE COAL.WAD Windows (95\98...) users. If you have a Windows based Doom engine that does not have a launcher, you can run this PWAD by creating a shortcut to your Doom2.exe file, then go to your shortcut's "properties" and add -FILE COAL.WAD to the command line. Start the game by running the shortcut. Use example below. This example assumes that the path to your Doom2.exe file is: C:\Doom2\Doom2.exe C:\Doom2\Doom2.exe -file coal.wad To play the suicidal demo included (coal.lmp), use example below.
