Description             : 'Fear Complex' is a large single player/co-op map based
  on DOOM Episode 1 styling cues.

  Episode 1 has always been my favourite, so this is my way 
  of saying "thanks for all the memories!"

                          Being an E1-based map you won't find any cacodemons 
  or lost souls floating around, you can't get the 
  plasma rifle, BFG or certain powerups, and there 
  aren't any cyberdemons lurking behind closed doors ;)

  This is my first 'serious' attempt at making a 
  DOOM-based map, and it probably won't be the last. 
  I've pissed around with EdMap, WadEd, and DCK before, 
  but that was around 6-7 years ago.
  I have done quite a bit of mapping for Quake and 
  Half-Life though.

* The Story *

During the construction of UAC Phobos, Complex 242 served as site headquarters, housing 
the many crewers, engineers and scientists working on the project at the time. As a result, 
the complex has its own integrated nuclear waste facilities, labs, computer core, and hangar.

Upon completion of UAC Phobos, official operations were moved to their respective on-site 
locations one standard kilometre south of Complex 242, but the Corporation chose not to 
decommission the place, most likely due to its ability to function self-sufficiently. 

At the time of the demonic invasion, Complex 242 was still in use as a secondary scientific 
outpost and garrison. Due to the number of demons loose within the complex itself, it was
suspected that additional covert Gate experiments were being conducted there in the weeks
prior to the invasion. 

All attempts at infiltrating the overrun complex have failed so far. The situation is bad enough
that military commanders have re-named the outpost 'Fear Complex', if not just due to the 
reason that the mere mention of the place is enough to make hardened grunts cower in dread.

After so many failed attempts, the brass couldn't find anyone else crazy enough (or alive) to 
try and clean the place out, so you (and your squad) volunteered. Naturally.

Known Bugs              : Since the map is pretty damn large (over 300kb), you might 
  want to play it using a port (e.g. ZDoom or Legacy). I 
  haven't tested it on vanilla DOOM, but it should work OK.
