================================================================ Title : Wrong key? Wrong door? Filename : WRONGKEY.WAD Author : Henk Gierveld Email Address : [email protected] Misc. Author Info : Description : This is the first Pwad-file I've build so far and it took me quite a while to finish it, but that may sound familiar to you. It's totally designed for single player mode for that's what most of the common DOOM-addicts are sleuthing for. There isn't a story or other useless introduction to be told here except for the fact that there are a lot of different switches involved, so the environment will change continously. As far as I know there's a new, and certainly frustrating, surprise in this level that I so far haven't seen in any PWAD-file. (and if it's already an old trick: have you managed to work through all the levels available right now?) Wait till you have found the yellow key and hurry with this newly acquired gadget to the right door. Because of the new role of the keys in this level it was worth naming it that way. Additional Credits to : IdSoftware and WinDEU ================================================================ * Play Information * Map Number : MAP01 (maybe I'd better choosen another level because the music gets a little boring) Single Player : Yes Cooperative 2-4 Player : No Deathmatch 2-4 Player : No Difficulty Settings : Yes New Sounds : No, not this time New Graphics : No, not this time New Music : No, not this time Demos Replaced : None * Construction * Base : New level build from scratch Editor(s) used : At first I tried to construct this WAD with 'ade2', the first WAD-builder I got involved with, but this program however turned to be real buggy when the PWAD-file exceeded an amouth of only 10 KB. (maybe due to the fact that my computer (486DX2 4MB) still needs to be upgraded) With 'WinDEU' it was possible to finish it without mentionable problems. Known Bugs : none as far as I know now * Copyright / Permissions * Authors may of course use this level or specific elements out of it as a base to build additional levels. Please email me if you do so. You MAY distribute this WAD, provided you include this file, with no modifications. You may distribute this file in any electronic format (BBS, Diskette, CD, etc) as long as you include this file intact. * Where to get this WAD * ftp.cdrom.com
