Title : For The Hell of It Filename : ph_08-06-27_For The Hell of It.wad Release date : 27/06/08 Author : James "Phobus" Cresswell Primary purpose : Single Player and Co-operative Advanced engine needed : ZDoom-based (latest version recommended) Description : A large, varied map with a section inspired by StarWing (Star Fox, in a lot of the world), a Berserk-punching adventure, a base defence section and a scripted, wave-based boss fight. This is the infamous "For The Hell of It" that served as E2M0 (the secret level) in ZPack. It turns out that a ZDoom update had altered the way Radius_Quake worked, so I've fixed that as of 08/07/18. I wrote at the time: "The whole point to the map was to be something different. In hindsight I don't think it was a good idea for something in a megawad, but as its a secret map now thats probably alright. It is split into 4 sections, each with its own gimmick. Plays much like 4 seperate maps would."
