Multiplayer Things also in Singleplayer Patch
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

This patch changes all things with Multiplayer flag to Singleplayer flag so the
maps could be played in Singleplayer with all things.
Purpose: testing Multiplayer behaviour in Singleplayer. 
E.g. Doom2 map01 Singleplayer there is BFG9000 and Plasma Gun.

V2 - deaf flag will also be in Singleplayer
